Q.  What is the best time of year to visit Costa Rica?

A.  Costa Rica's dry season is December through May.  We feel that during North America's winter months, it is the best time to kayak in Costa Rica because of the lower temperature levels and less amounts of rain. 

Q.  Can I have my own single kayak? 

A.  Yes. We provide single and double kayaks on our Costa Rica kayaking tours.

Q.  How do I meet up with my tour on the first day?

A.  We will provide transportation to our kayak launching site.  Your guides will pick you up at your hotel in San Jose or at your hotel near Tambor.

Q.  Do I need to bring my own sleeping bag?

A.  No.  We provide thin sleeping blankets for you but you can bring your own if you like. 

Q.  Will I see much wildlife?

A.  Yes.  Costa Rica is rich with wildlife and kayaking is a great way to view it.
