3 hour and day tours:

Groups of 4 people or less who cancel or reschedule within 2 weeks will receive no refund.

Groups of 5 or more people who cancel within 30 days will receive no refund.

Credits can be applied to future tours on a space available basis.

All cancellations must be in writing and charged amount is determined upon the date of receipt.

Multi-day tours:

91 or more days before the trip date, full refund of all payments less a $50 cancellation and handling fee.  61-90 days before the trip date, guests will be charged 25% of the entire trip cost.  31-60 days before the trip date, guests will be charged 50% of the entire trip cost.  0-30 days before the trip date, guests will be charged 100% of the entire trip cost and no refunds will be made.  All cancellations must be in writing and charged amount is determined upon the date of receipt.
